The good morning starts upon awakening: a breakfast with biological products, a variety of homemade cakes, brioches, biscuits, yogurt, bread fresh daily, cornflackes, fruit juices, fresh milk.
Every day our Chef offer you a choice of 2/3 menus with fresh fish or meat dishes, while you are comfortably seated at your table, served by our waiters.Varied vegetables and salads buffet. Also there's the possibility for further variations, e.g. vegetarian dishes, food intolerance, celiac disease, pregnat women.

Every meal is 100% gourmet slow food, in the name of the best Romagna's arystology and the best Italian cuisine. Also international dishes (we are better than Masterchef, try it to believe!).
